Regular delivery is available within Dhaka City, Chattogram City, and other supported locations across Bangladesh.

The delivery charge applies regardless of the number or total value of products in a single order, subject to product size and weight.
Outside Dhaka & Chattogram City
The delivery charge applies regardless of the number or total value of products in a single order, subject to product size, weight, courier availability, and delivery location.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, product type, stock availability, order verification, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Express Delivery
Need your order faster? Express delivery may be available for selected products and supported locations within Dhaka City.
Express Delivery – Dhaka City Only
Express delivery availability depends on order time, product availability, delivery address, and courier capacity. Customers may be contacted for confirmation before the order is dispatched.
3. Order Processing and Confirmation
- Orders may be verified by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.
- Delivery processing begins after the order and customer information have been successfully verified.
- Pre-order or customized products may require additional processing time.
- Orders placed during public holidays or weekends may be processed on the next working day.
4. How You Receive Your Order
Your order will be delivered directly to the home, office, or other delivery address provided during checkout.
Our delivery partner may contact you by phone before or during delivery. Please provide a complete address and keep your phone number active to ensure a smooth delivery process.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide your correct name, phone number, delivery address, area, district, and postal code.
- Keep your phone number active while the order is being delivered.
- Be available to receive the order or authorize another person to receive it.
- Check the parcel and product condition as soon as possible after receiving it.
Asmam will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.
6. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery
A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if the customer cannot be reached, refuses to receive the confirmed order, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts.
In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be delivered again.
7. Product Inspection After Delivery
Customers are requested to check the product, quantity, packaging, and visible condition immediately after receiving the parcel.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact Asmam as soon as possible and provide your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video where applicable.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather or natural disasters.
- Political unrest, strikes, or road blockages.
- Public holidays or courier service interruptions.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Remote or restricted delivery locations.

Delivery charges may vary for oversized, heavyweight, fragile, customized, or special-delivery products. Any additional charge will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.
